- Listing submissions — business name, description, contact details, and any other information you submit via the Submit a Listing form.
- Newsletter sign-ups — your email address if you subscribe to our mailing list.

When you visit the Site, our hosting infrastructure and analytics tools may collect:
- Log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time and date of visit.

2.3 Data from Third Parties
We embed content and links from third-party services including:

- Service providers — Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (web hosting), and Google (analytics, advertising). Each is subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
- Legal requirements — if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority.
All service providers are required to keep your data confidential and use it only to perform services for us.
7. International Transfers
Our hosting provider (Vercel) and database provider (Supabase) may store or process data outside the UK or EEA. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or adequacy decisions.

- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
